Shipping Methods and Costs

Products will be dispatched to the address specified in the Order Form only upon registration of the payment and provided effective payment of the purchase price. Delivery to PO boxes will not be allowed.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours from the order confirmation with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 7 to 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination authority/customs clearance processes.

We deliver most of Europe, UK, USA and other countries around the world as available on www.firepower.com, and offer different shipping options as applicable.

All domestic and international orders are shipped via our Courier partners. It takes 7 to 10 working days for domestic delivery for international it may can take up to 15 working days for delivery. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Please order from www.firepower.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as www.firepower.com cannot be responsible for this.

If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible

If you decide to purchase products belonging to different classes by submitting to FirePower a single Order Form, you should be aware that each Product may be delivered to you on different time.

As www.firepower.com online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will need a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

Return of items delivered through cash on delivery will not be accepted if they are found in a worn-out condition. If a customer wishes to try on the product before payment they can to do so only at the time of delivery. 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Fill in and submit the Return Form within 48 hour  from the receipt of the Products purchased on www.firepower.com with registered letter addressed to FirePower. The return right may be also exercised within the same time frame by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and confirmed by registered letter to be sent within the following forty eight (48) hours;
  • The Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
  • The identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal;
  • The Products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging;
  • Returned Products must be shipped back to the FirePower with a sole despatch within 48 hour from the date of receipt of the Products.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number or alternatively email us at [email protected] and we will track your shipment for you.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with the order number or a reference number along with the total value of your order that will be debited from your Credit/Debit Card/Net-Banking etc. This is an order confirmation or order acceptance from FirePower. You will get a second e-mail containing Electronic Invoice and third mail stating the Shipping Information with your Order Tracking number by the means of which you can track your order online on the website.

FirePower insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by FirePower and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

The Shipping charges are commensurate with the Value of the consignment and will be chargeable on each individual product. The same will be shown in order sheet and subsequent Invoice. The slab of charges are under and applicable on deliveries in Canada.
